This original seven storey warehouse dates from the 1800's. Buckley Gray Yeoman were appointed to maximise the potential of it's huge basement. By removing a section of floor to improve connectivity and light penetration, the new structure took its inspiration from sailing and the columns are mast like in their appearance and function.  Combined with the services solution, these elements became the architecture for the building.
