This high density mixed use brownfield redevelopment is within the Thames Gateway’s 'Arc of Opportunity' - the largest urban regeneration area in Western Europe. The design resolves site constraints which include future Crossrail expansion plans, flood risk, adjacent listed buildings and a water main which divides the site in two. A collection of three buildings create a central public space, which contains 74 flats with ground floor parking and commercial space.
