This refurbishment of an existing multi occupancy office building revitalised the reception and fascia to create a clean modern presence at this auspicious address.
Internally limestone stone floors and lacquered white joinery have been used to contrast with grit blasted granite wall panels, which themselves incorporate discreet uplighting. A new reception desk, also formed from grit blasted granite runs seamlessly into the wall panels on one side. Externally a painted steel wrap with integral lighting, signage and security have been applied to create a greater presence on the street. As part of the works the existing steps were also remodelled to provide better access while complementing the new facade.
