This project remodels an existing 1930's office building in the Leadenhall Market Conservation Area, in the heart of the City of London. The work involves introducing a new central core, comprising of a staircase, WC's and a lift, together with the infilling of existing light wells and the addition of two new floors to create a 55,000 sq ft building. Similarly the ground and basement floors will be remodelled to provide an improved office entrance/reception and quality retail space.
