This refurbishment of two floors of office space behind a historic facade is located opposite Harrods in Knightsbridge. The brief was to create a distinct identity for a new property company, while encouraging interaction and communication in an open and attractive working environment. A new cantilevered stair provides a memorable transition between the open plan office space and the reception, meeting and dining spaces below. The calm ambience of the space is reinforced by a cool palette of materials, including oak, leather and marble.
