This 35,000 sq ft building was comprehensively refurbished by Buckley Gray Yeoman, with a new glazed fifth floor, achieved by using revolutionary FZGP patch fittings cast into the inner pane of the double glazed units. Only three buildings in the world had used this technique at the time of construction.
