Buckley Gray Yeoman are appointed by LaSalle Investment Management to masterplan 5 redevelopment sites, which have previously been occupied by retail outlets. Each site is typically 3 to 4 acres. Each scheme is mixed use, combining both private and public housing with retail, commercial and leisure uses. The schemes require a high level of understanding of both the planning and the political landscape associated with each site.
