Park Hall Trading Estate, West Norwood SE27

Buckley Gray Yeoman were appointed to provide up to 40,000 sq ft of office 'start-up' units on the site of an existing trading estate in South East London.

The site is directly adjacent to West Norwood cemetery, dubbed the 'Highgate of the South', which has a large number of listed structures. Numerous groups were consulted throughout the design, including English Heritage. A timber clad buildling, naturally ventilated, but able to provide flexible office units from 500-5,000 sq ft.
