The third floor office of 96-106 Leonard Street became vacant early Spring 2013 and works proceeded to open the floor plan from what had been a rabbit warren of small arches and small offices. A 3m wide corridor was cut through the space to increase light and introduce heavy steel beams, a strong character of the new fit out. Brick walls were re-exposed, a new WC core installed and timber floors laid, to create a new slick industrial aesthetic. Works to the third floor office of Leonard Street were so successful that future tenants signed-up for the lower floors prior to vacant possession. Levels 1 and 2 were completed early 2014 and include full refurbishment of common parts and ground floor entrance.
