    BuckleyGrayYeoman has submitted a planning application for a new mixed use development located on Dace Road, Fish Island, an area adjoining the eastern edge of the Olympic Park, part of the London Legacy Development planning area.The proposal involves the creation of four new buildings, which in turn define & create new public spaces & cross site routes. One new building is a landmark commercial building, with the other three being residential flat buildings over ground floor commercial space. The commercial space is a mixture of light industrial workshops, showrooms & a café, with 110 residential units over, in a development of approximately 160,000 sq.ft and up to 5-6 storeys in height. Architecturally, the proposal uses a robust palette of brick & concrete in a contemporary style, to create a subtly varying appearance across the four buildings.
