Cleveland House is situated in the heart of the West End, on the corner of St James’s Square and King Street. The building is home to Rolex, along with other prestigious companies. It consists of a lower ground, ground and six upper floors of office accommodation. Completed in Summer 2014, the lower ground floor was the focus of the project. Comprehensively remodeling over 4000 sq.ft of vacant and under used space into a high quality office environment, with generous lobby, double height spaces and an open plan mezzanine area that are all brought together by the introduction of a sophisticated palette of materials. There was limited natural light to the lower ground floor due to the only natural light source being provided by a narrow atrium space. Improvements were made by increasing the size of the atrium at lower ground floor and installing a living green wall. Working together with Studio ZNA a lighting concept was developed which contributed greatly to the overall transformation.
