Andrew looks for innovative design solutions through the use of modern materials to bring functionality, space and light into a scheme.
Andrew’s recently-completed projects include: a new, award-winning buildings for Channing School in North London (2017) which includes a Performing Arts building, a new Sports Centre, Sixth-Form Centre, entrance atrium and foyer; the redevelopment of industrial buildings and the creation of a new public courtyard at Eccleston Yards (2018); the construction of two significant new-build workplace schemes at 18 Wells Street (2018) and 55 Wells Street (2017); and 15-18 Rathbone Place (2016), which refurbishes and extends an early twentieth century building to create contemporary office space.
His current projects include: 27 Eccleston Place, which retains and reuses a former industrial building to provide office and retail space beside Victoria Station; Dimes Place, which redevelops a former timber yard to create a sophisticated place to work that compliments the provision of contemporary office space in Hammersmith; and 18-23 Hand Court, a scheme that will provide 15,700sqft of high-quality office and retail space in Holborn and which forms the second of three large phases of the High Holborn Estate that BuckleyGrayYeoman are developing.
Prior to joining BuckleyGrayYeoman, Andrew worked at Hopkins Architects for five years. He delivered significant and prestigious projects that included the award-winning Newton and Arkwright redevelopment project for Nottingham Trent University and the Brent Civic Centre in Wembley.
