Adam joined BuckleyGrayYeoman in March 2014 and was promoted to the role of Associate in January 2019. Adam has developed a range of skills during his career working in varied sectors including commercial office, education, infrastructure, master planning, residential and landscape design.

Since joining BuckleyGrayYeoman Adam has worked as design lead on a number of refurbishment and new-build office schemes in the city fringe – Southwark, Clerkenwell and Shoreditch. He is currently delivering Wenlock Works; a 130,000 sqft major refurbishment of an existing 1980’s office block on Shepherdess Walk, due for completion in November 2019. Adam enjoys taking projects through all stages of design from concept to completion and working with clients and all members of the project team to deliver creative, exciting and innovative workspaces.

Before joining BuckleyGrayYeoman Adam was at Gollifer Langston Architects for 9 years, where he was responsible for design and delivery of the Broadwaters Inclusive Learning Community, a £15m phased new build primary school on the Broadwater Farm Estate, Tottenham, London. The building was the first of its kind in the country, bringing together children of varying educational needs from three existing schools. The design achieved BREEAM ‘excellent’ and was voted best community building and overall winner in the Haringey Design Awards 2016. It was also one of 12 shortlisted projects for the RIBA Journal MacEwen Award 2017 – ‘Architecture for the Common Good’. Prior to this, Adam was Project Architect for the multi-storey John Lewis Car Park and Streetscape at Highcross, Leicester; a mixed-use urban development by Hammerson. Adam also worked on a mixed-use residential scheme in Southampton’s historic old town, part of the Watermark West Quay development and on the Cabot Circus masterplan in Bristol. Adam has experience of all RIBA stages including the administration of four completed JCT Contracts.
