  BuckleyGrayYeoman has completed its first project in Barcelona: Tanger 66, on behalf of UK and European Investments and Urban Input. Located in the 22@ innovation district in Poblenou, a former industrial area that is the subject of one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects, Tanger 66 has repurposed a mid-century industrial building to create 80,000sqft of workspace. The building was snapped up in its entirety by Hewlett Packard, which pre-let the building ahead of completion. Knightsbridge Boutique

BuckleyGrayYeoman has completed the interiors of Grace Han’s flagship shop at Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge. In a unique collaboration, the design of the store was developed in unison with the conception of the Grace Han brand. Previously used as a wine bar, the design has stylishly reimagined the 2,200 sq ft space and split the shop over three levels through the introduction of a new mezzanine floor and long sequence staircase. With entrance to the store at street level, the feature staircase guides the eye through the space and invites visitors to enjoy a descent to the plush and intimate lower level display and sitting area.
