BuckleyGrayYeoman has secured planning consent on behalf of First Base and Patron Capital for a £100m mixed-use project which will revitalise the site of the former Amex House in Brighton. The 300,000 sq ft project, known as Edward Street Quarter, will create a bustling new hub for Brighton, breathing new life into the eastern section of the city through introducing commercial retail uses, set in landscaped green spaces, and 168 new homes. We are pleased to announce we have been shortlisted for the AJ Retrofit Awards with two of our projects - Herbal House and The Minster Building.
Herbal House and The Minster Building have both been shortlisted in the Offices category. Herbal House is in the Offices 2-10k sqm category and The Minster Building is in the Offices over 10k sqm category.
The ceremony will be held at The Brewery in London on 12th September 2018.
