LFA Panel Discussion

Cromwell Place is a new and ground-breaking solution for galleries and art professionals housed within five Grade II listed buildings in South Kensington. We have invited speakers from the Royal Academy and Michael Werner Gallery to discuss how the architecture of a space influences the way in which visitors experience art. Eagle Wharf Road is a four and five storey mixed-use new build located north of Old Street Underground station. With Phase 1 recently completed, this releases 12,000 sqft of commercial space to market on the upper four floors. Joint venture partners Aldridge Security have relocated from existing premises on site to occupy a further 10,000sqft across ground and lower ground floor. This has allowed Phase 2 demolition to start, with 36 residential units and a further 14,200 sqft commercial to be completed in summer 2019.
