Channing School, one of our projects in Highgate has been shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival in the School- Completed Buildings category. The 1645 sq m project provides new sports facilities and sixth form accommodation in modern brick-built buildings that overlook north London from the school’s campus at the top of Highgate Hill. The designs for the leading independent day school adds three new buildings to the school’sestate, improving the sports, performing arts and sixth form facilities whilst remaining sensitive to, and building upon, its rich architectural and educational heritage. BuckleyGrayYeoman have recently received planning consent on behalf of Aitch Group for a mixed use scheme along Regents Canal in the London Borough of Hackney. The eight storey scheme consists of over 3800 sqm of commercial space from basement to first floors with 40 residential units comprised of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments above. The external facade steps in response to the shape of the site and its surrounding context.
