BuckleyGrayYeoman has completed ‘The Nest’, an 8,611 sq ft commercial workspace on Beak Street in Soho, Central London, on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management. The retrofit and part new-build revitalise this unique mix of Georgian and warehouse buildings into a modern and stylish development with flexible designed internal and external areas that work in unison its industrial past.  ‘The Nest’ interior features considered ‘rustic’ tones that compliment the existing brickwork and exposed timber beams, including a diverse material palette such as the ‘Earth Black’ metal feature reception desk and feature vertical tongue and grooved timber wall. 20 Soho Square completed

20 Soho Square is an extensive office redevelopment in the heart of London’s West End, within the fashionable district of Soho. Completed for Aviva Investments the project was delivered as a ‘Shell and Floor’ development to allow the incoming tenant to complete the fit out works to their own requirements. The redevelopment consisted of introducing a new core and WC’s, relocating plant equipment to the roof, creating large open plan office floor plates and a roof terrace with views looking out over London. This completion follows the remodelling of the old Football Association headquarters at the neighbouring 25 Soho Square, a project that BuckleyGrayYeoman won after an exclusive design competition.
