Bloomsbury Way

Work has now started on our 10 Bloomsbury Way project – here are some great photos of the ongoing strip-out of the building.  Buckley Gray Yeoman have been appointed by London & Regional Properties to undertake a radical re-invention of the building, which is a former Ministry of Defence HQ in in the heart of London’s soon-to-be-revamped ‘Midtown’ area. The Rosebery

The scaffolding comes down from the new Supercity boutique apart’hotel in Clerkenwell, to open in September 2012. The original building on Rosebery Avenue was split up into a number of separate, smaller buildings. Buckley Gray Yeoman’s design rationalises the internal space, whilst also making a new main entrance, stair and lift core for the building, linking all levels, with two new floors added at 4th and 5th floor levels and office spaces to the rear. These combined works make a new stylish 50,000 sq ft building with 59 luxury suites.
