    BuckleyGrayYeoman got planning consent for a mixed-used building on 18 Wells Street. On Behalf of Berners-Allsopp,  the practice will demolish a four-storey 1960s office building and replace it with a six-storey building, with a retail unit on the ground and lower ground  floor, divided into four floors of office space and two apartments on the upper levels.     Just around the corner from London's Victoria Station lies a building complex which houses the Homelessness charity, The Passage. First constructed in 1863 as a girls’ orphanage and night school, the complex of buildings has been renovated by BuckleyGrayYeoman to meet the ever increasing demands of providing adequate care for the homeless people of London.
