BuckleyGrayYeoman has secured planning for two exciting new builds in Fitzrovia for The Berners Allsopp Estate. No.42 Berners Street will be a 36,500 sq ft office & retail building - along with an offset residential development at No.18 Wells Street. Both projects will go on-site in June 2015.
